Kanchanaburi Safari Park Open Zoo in Kanchanaburi covers an area of 80 hectares, with lions, tigers, bears, giraffes, zebras and other large mammals inhabiting Europe and Asia, you can take the park bus to enter the wildlife park, the giraffe is very relative, and even sticks their head into the window to ask you for food.

There are various interactive activities and performances with animals in the middle of the park, and the most popular is to book a songthaew to take a group photo with the giraffe, and a professional photographer will take good memories for you. Reservations are filled quickly, so it is recommended to make an appointment early!

• Connection: You must go by yourself, or book a chartered bus in Kanchanaburi Bangkok with Taotailang
• Zoo address: 99 ถนน ลาดหญ้า-บ่อพลอย Nong Kum, Bo Phloi District, Kanchanaburi 71160
• Package Contents: Zoo admission ticket + a live-up photo with a giraffe by a streamer, taken by a professional photographer using the traveler’s camera or mobile phone.
• Photo with giraffes: About 30 minutes
• Session time (Please confirm with customer service the available dates): 09:00/09:30/10:00/10:30/11:00/11:30/13:00/13:30/14:00/14:30/15:00/15:30/16:00
• Minimum number of people: 2 people. To place an order for a toddler & child ticket, please fill in the age & height of the child in the remarks field, remind you, if the height on site exceeds the site will need to pay Thai baht cash on the spot, thank you.

How to place an order:

• Since the number of sessions per day is limited, please first provide the date/number of people with Taotailang customer service, after confirming the number of sessions that can be ordered, you must place an order immediately on the same day to complete the payment, if you place an order the next day, the session may have been booked, you need to ask again.
• Each session time also has other operators in the order, may happen at the moment said yes, the next second by other operators to place an order, when we inform you to change the session, please understand, can change the confirmation or change a date inquiry, cannot accept is a full refund to you. (5% handling fee deducted for Thai baht card refund / 15 TWD deducted for refund within Taiwan/ no handling fee deducted for refund to Thai bank in Thailand.)
• After successfully placing an order, you will receive the zoo voucher in about two days, and then please go to Kanchanaburi chartered car one-day product to order Taotailang Kanchanaburi chartered bus, all chartered bus series are for private use and no carpooling sharing.
• Tickets cannot be changed, cancellations and refunds (including cannot be deleted number of people), please be sure to confirm the date & number of people before placing an order. Chartered deposits cannot be cancelled and refunded.

• Children are limited to 2- 6 year old & under 120cm., and infant tickets are 1 year old and & under 90cm. 7y old and up need to buy adult ticket.
• To place an order for a toddler & child ticket, please fill in the age & height of the child in the remarks field, please be reminded, if the height exceeds, the staff from reception of Zoo will require to replacement ticket payment in cash by Thai baht, thank you.

• Once the ticket is ordered, the confirmation letter (including deletion and increase of the number of people), cancellation, or refund cannot be changed
• Ticket Type: Electronic Confirmation (By Zoo Confirmation)

• Please keep your reservation voucher in your mobile phone and present it to the staff for confirmation on the same day.
• Jeeps have a certain height, and for safety reasons, pregnant women and children under one year old and people with reduced mobility are restricted from participating in this activity. No refunds will be given for on-site denied admission to the “Zoo”. 。
• Food and other items from outside areas cannot be brought into the zoo other than food and any items provided by zoo staff.
• Unaccompanied minors are not allowed to get out of the bus. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Only get off when the child needs to take a group photo, they must be accompanied by their parents at all times, an adult is required to take care of one child, and one adult is not accepted to take care of two small children. Staff members cannot take any responsibility for your child.
• Visitors should wear comfortable clothes and shoes. High heels should not be worn. For tourists wearing high heels, it is not allowed to climb in front of the car or to the roof of the car.
• Only photography with cameras and mobile phones is allowed. Do not use selfie sticks, tripods, and any other items that may harm animals or people.
• All visitors must strictly follow the instructions of the zoo staff. Otherwise, the zoo reserves the right to cease all activities that may be harmful to the animals and patrons.
• This activity may not be used for commercial purposes.
• Please note and be ready for the time of this activity (the activity time is about 20-30 minutes), which should be ready about 15 minutes before the scheduled time. If you are late for your booking time, your booking period will be cancelled & no refund will be given.
• Bangkok to Kanchanaburi is about 3-3.5 hours, try to catch enough time to avoid traffic jams on the road, you must depart no later than 3.5 hours. Even 4 hours was the best arrangement.
• If it can’t take photos during heavy rainfall, the zoo will reserve a seat for one year.
