• Sedan (Toyota Camry) : Maximum 3 people with 3 standard luggage
• Business car : (Toyota Innova/ Forturner) Maximum 4 people with 4 standard luggage
• Van (Toyota Communter) : Maximum 9 people with 8 standard luggage,or 10 people without luggage.The arrangement of car brands is random, but will be the same car type or upgrade.
  Large Luggage size 25”~28″ / Standard Luggage size 20″~ 24”, carry on suitcase belong to standard luggage. Backpacks and personal carry bags are not included.

• Departure Time: 24 HOURS (Ban phe public ferry time  09:00~ 16:00/ Speed boat )
• Departure place: Pattaya downtown & Ban phe pier (Koh Samet)
• Trip Duration: 1.5 hours
• For hotel pick up– waiting 20mins maximum base on indicated meeting time.
• For Ban phe pier pick up– waiting 20mins maximum base on indicated meeting time.

• If there is no appointted pier, driver will drop cutomers off  at the public pier Banphe Municipality Pier – ท่าเทียบเรือเทศบาลบ้านเพ.. There are also private piers Seree Ban Phe Pier and other public piers.Please note it when ordering.
• Baby car seat is available for rent with 300THB per trip, please inform and re-mark age of the children when booking.
• No additional cost request for the midnight service, we will be very appreciated if passengers supply the tips to our drivers.
• Tips for driver is depend on personal preference, regular range is 100THB~300THB per car.
• The fees might be re-adjusted during New Year and Chinese New year, price adjustment will be announced before order confirmation.

Cancellation Policy

• For cancellation up to 24 hours before the pick-up time,  10% handling fee will be charged.
• After the time cancelled, 100% handling fee will be charged.
