The arrangement of car brands is random, but will be the same car type

Large Luggage size 25”~28″ / Standard Luggage size 20″~ 24”, carry on suitcase belong to standard luggage. Backpacks and personal carry bags are not included.

• Departure Time: after 06:00
• Departure place: Bangkok downtown hotel /BKK airport/DMK airport(Need 300THB additional charge)/ Pattaya downtown hotel
• Trip Duration: 3 day or 4 day (10hr per each day)
• For airport pick up – waiting 2hr maximum base on flight arrival. For arrival visa request, pls remark in order and waiting time will be 3hr.
• For Hotel pick up– waiting 20mins maximum in Hotel lobby base on indicated meeting time.

Reminders

• Baby car seatis available for rent with 300THB per trip, please inform and re-mark age of the children when booking.
• No additional cost request for the midnight service, we will be very appreciated if passengers supply the tips to our drivers.
• Tips for driver is depend on personal preference, regular range is 100THB~300THB per car.
• The fees might be re-adjusted during New Year, Chinese New year, songkran new year high season, price adjustment will be announced before order confirmation.
• Additional up charge 300THB to pick up on DMK airport.
• Additional up charge 300THB to Satthaip District Hotel.
• Additional up charge 300THB to Grand Canyon Chonburi.
• Overtime surcharge 300THB per one hour, pls pay to driver directly.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation needs to be made not less than 3 business day prior to service/ arrival/ check in-date, we will proceed refund with 5% service charge.
• 20% will be deducted if confirm cancellation after 3 days.
• No refund will be given if the trip is temporarily cancelled on the day.
