Itinerary Introduction

Welcome to Pattaya Elephant Village & Mong Chang Café in Thailand. Here, you can get up close and personal with elephants in a natural ecological environment, enjoying elephant and dance performances.

While savoring Thai cuisine and coffee at the café, you can watch elephants cross the river right in front of you and even purchase food to interact with them. The park also features several Instagram-worthy photo spots for you to create lasting memories!

Activity Overview

• Elephant Trekking (10-15 minutes): (excludes entrance/fantasy show; separate ticket required for entrance) – 2 people share one elephant, price is per person.
• Individual Elephant Trekking (10-15 minutes): (excludes entrance/fantasy show; separate ticket required for entrance)
• Elephant Trekking (25-30 minutes): (includes entrance/fantasy show/1 coconut) – 2 people share one elephant, price is per person.

• Elephant Bathing (2 hours): includes hotel pick-up/entrance/welcom drink/fantasy show at Mong chang cafe/bananas for elephant/jeep safari/meal on the rafing/mahout costume.
• Jungle Walking Package(Conbination Trekking): includes hotel pick-up/entrance/Jeep safari/jungle walking/Elephant trekking 15 minutes/lunch or dinner on the raft (thai northern style)/performance viewing at Mong Chang Café + coconut.

All activities with hotel pick-up require a minimum booking of 2 people.

Important Notes

• Payment is required in advance; options include credit card, bank transfer, or Alipay.
• Child tickets are available for children under 120 cm tall. Children under 1 year old enter for free.
• Children must be accompanied by an adult during activities. Children not participating in activities must also be supervised by an adult within the park.
• Single elephant rides are limited to odd numbers; if two people book, they will share one elephant.
• Please exchange your ticket before 17:00 For elephant rides, please exchange before 16:00  as the activity ends at 17:00.During the peak season, it is recommended to exchange your ticket for entry before 14:00.Late arrivals due to personal reasons will not receive a refund.
• It is recommended to exchange your ticket for elephant bathing before  10:30 & 15:30.Late arrivals due to personal reasons will not receive a refund.

• Please print the electronic voucher or save it on your mobile device to present to the ticket counter staff on the day of your visit.
• Once booked, tickets cannot be changed, canceled, or refunded.
