Important Information

•  Advance payment required – Payment can be made via credit card/bank transfer/Alipay.
• No cancellations or refunds once tickets are booked.

• Tickets must be used on the booked date – The guide will collect your tickets on the day of the show.
• Each guest must provide their full English name (as in passport) when booking and bring their passport for verification on the day.
• Strictly no mobile phones, cameras, or electronic devices allowed. Security checks are conducted at the entrance. Violators will be responsible for any penalties. Lockers are available at the entrance, but it is advised not to store valuables.
• Guests must meet with the guide at the designated location/time. Entry is only allowed with the guide. Self-entry is not permitted, and rescheduling or refunds are not available for guests who fail to meet the guide.
• This service is for independent travelers only. Guests traveling with tour groups, other guides, or using tuk-tuks/taxis/private cars not arranged by our company will be denied entry without a refund or rescheduling option.
