• Ticket Collection: 10–30 minutes before the show
• Entry Time: Doors open 30 minutes before the show, includes 1 drink
• Seating: First come, first served

Reminders:

• Full payment is required in advance. Payment methods accepted: credit card, bank transfer, or Alipay.
• Tickets cannot be changed, canceled, or refunded once booked.
• Children are charged the same as adults. However, if a child shares a seat with a parent, it’s free. Please note the number of non-seated children when booking.
• If you arrive late, the theater will assign available seats at their discretion.
• The venue is not wheelchair accessible.
• Ticket Type: E-ticket.
• Please print the e-ticket or save it on your phone and present it at the counter for ticket exchange on the day of the show.
