Only 3 hours distance by car from Bangkok to Hua Hin, Hua Hin was a summer resort for the royal family in the early stage. In recent years come up with deluxe hotels, tourist villas together with varieties of amusement parks and outlet, Hua Hin become the must come place for the oversea tourists when visiting Thailand.

Don Muang (DMK):
International flight: Our driver will wait at Gate No.5 with a cardboard with name of the guest.

Domestic flight: Our driver will wait at Gate No.11 with a cardboard with name of the guest.

Suvarnabhumi (BKK):Our driver will wait at Gate No.3~No.4with a cardboard with TAOTAILANG LOGO.
Hotel pick up :Driver will waiting at lobby with a cardboard with name of the guest.

• Sedan (Toyota Camry) : Maximum 3 people with 3 standard luggage
• Business car : (Toyota Innova/ Forturner) Maximum 4 people with 4 standard luggage
• Van (Toyota Communter) : Maximum 9 people with 8 standard luggage,or 10 people without luggage.
• VIP Van (Toyota Communter) : Maxiumu 9 people with 8 standard luggage,or 10 people without luggage.

The arrangement of car brands is random, but will be the same car type or upgrade.

Large Luggage size 25”~28″ / Standard Luggage size 20″~ 24”, carry on suitcase belong to standard luggage. Backpacks and personal carry bags are not included.

• Baby car seat is available for rent with 300THB per trip, please inform and re-mark age of the children when booking.
• No additional cost request for the midnight service, we will be very appreciated if passengers supply the tips to our drivers.
• Tips for driver is depend on personal preference, regular range is 100THB~300THB per car.
• The fees might be re-adjusted during New Year and Chinese New year, price adjustment will be announced before order confirmation.
• Overtime surcharge 300THB per one hour, pls pay to driver directly.
• Monsoon Valley Vineyard,Wat Huay Mongkhon,Khao Tao, Phraya Nakhon Cave, Sam Roi Yod, Pranburi area need additional charge 700THB.
• Hua Hin Safari & Adventure Park need additional charge 500THB.
• The area beyond Khao Takiab is not within Hua Hin city limits. Please contact customer service for further assistance.

Reminders for Drop off airport

•  Please be sure to leave 6 hours early for the airport drop-off.
• Please do not change the time on the day of departure. If you need to change the time, please notify 1 day in advance.

Cancellation Policy

• For cancellation up to 24 hours before the pick-up time,  10% handling fee will be charged.
• After the time cancelled, 100% handling fee will be charged.
