Only supply VIP Van (Toyota Communter) : Maxiumu 9 people with 8 standard luggage,or 10 people without luggage.

Large Luggage size 25”~28″ / Standard Luggage size 20″~ 24”, carry on suitcase belong to standard luggage.

Backpacks and personal carry bags are not included. Luggage size more than 24″ will count 2 piece.

Reminders

• No additional cost request for the midnight service, we will be very appreciated if passengers supply the tips to our drivers.
• Tips for driver is depend on personal preference, regular range is 50THB~100THB per car.
• The fees might be re-adjusted during New Year and Chinese New year, price adjustment will be announced before order confirmation.
• Please do not change the schedule on the day of service. If you wish to change the schedule, please notify us one day in advance.
• The driver is a Thai driver who can speak a little English. You can inquire and arrange the itinerary in Chinese when booking this service.
• Please meet the driver within 1 hour after the arrival of your flight. If there is a delay in your flight or customs clearance, please be sure to call or email us, providing the order number for notification. Note: Passengers who exceed the waiting time will be charged an overtime fee of 300 Thai Baht per hour (1 hour for domestic flights / 2 hours for international flights).
• If there are any issues on the day of the charter service or if you fail to meet the driver promptly, you can contact our Bangkok customer service in both Chinese and English for assistance.
• Baby seats are available for an additional fee of 300 Thai Baht per trip. Please indicate your baby seat requirements and the child’s age when placing your order.
• Prices may be adjusted during the Chinese New Year period, and any adjustments will be notified before order confirmation.
• There is no surcharge for nighttime service, but passengers are kindly requested to give tips to the drivers.
• Tipping the driver is at your discretion, but the standard rate is typically 100 Thai Baht per car.

Airport Drop Off Reminder:

• For airport drop-offs in Phuket, please ensure you depart 2.5 hours in advance for domestic flights and 3 hours in advance for international flights.
• Please do not change the schedule on the day of service. If you would like to  change the schedule, please notify us one day in advance.
• The driver will wait at the hotel for a maximum of 20 minutes

Cancellation Policy

• For cancellation up to 24 hours before the pick-up time,  10% handling fee will be charged.
• After the time cancelled, 100% handling fee will be charged.
