Our driver will wait at Gate No.3~No.4with a cardboard with name of the guest.

• Hotel/Pier pick up :

The arrangement of car brands is random, but will be the same car type

Large Luggage size 25”~28″ / Standard Luggage size 20″~ 24”, carry on suitcase belong to standard luggage. Backpacks and personal carry bags are not included.

• For airport pick up – waiting 2hr maximum base on flight arrival.
• For hotel/pier pick up– waiting 20mins maximum in pier base on indicated meeting time.

Reminders

• There is an additional price of 500 baht in Rayong Marriott Resort, other place out of downtown or Ban phe pier might need up charge, you may check with us advance.
• If there is no designated pier, driver will drop customers off  at the public pier Municipality Pier – ท่าเทียบเรือเทศบาลบ้านเพ.. There are also private piers Ao Prao Pier and other public piers, Please note it when ordering.
• If the driver takes you to the wrong pier, please be sure to contact our Bangkok customer service immediately.
• Please be remind that the driver will only meet you at the pier. The private car cannot go to the hotel in Koh Samed. You need to take a boat to the pier to meet the driver by yourself.
• Baby car seat is available for rent with 300THB per trip, please inform and re-mark age of the children when booking.
• No additional cost request for the midnight service, we will be very appreciated if passengers supply the tips to our drivers.
• Tips for driver is depend on personal preference, regular range is 100THB~300THB per car.
• The fees might be re-adjusted during New Year and Chinese New year, price adjustment will be announced before order confirmation.

Reminders for Drop off airport

• Please be sure to leave 6 hours early for the airport drop-off.
• Please do not change the time on the day of departure. If you need to change the time, please notify 1 day in advance.

Cancellation Policy

• For cancellation up to 24 hours before the pick-up time,  5% handling fee will be charged.
• After the time cancelled, 100% handling fee will be charged.
