• There is no additional charge for night time job, but passengers are kindly requested to give a tip to the driver as a token of appreciation.
• Tipping for the driver is not necessary, but the general rate is 100-300 Thai Baht per car.
• The driver will wait at the hotel for a maximum of 20 minutes.
• This service only includes transportation to hotels in Bangkok city center. An additional charge of 200 Thai Baht will apply if the location is beyond the Chao Phraya River, and other suburban areas should be confirmed with customer service beforehand.
• Traffic congestion is common in Bangkok city center, so it is recommended to depart early to avoid delays in appointments.

Cancellation Policy

• For cancellation up to 24 hours before the pick-up time, 10% handling fee will be charged.
• After the time cancelled, 100% handling fee will be charged.
