International Arrival – Gate No.5

Domestic Arrival – Gate No. 11
Our stuff will wait with a cardboard with name of the guest.

Suvarnabhumi (BKK): Gate No.3 ~No.4

Our stuff will wait with a cardboard with TaoTaiLang LOGO.

It will take about 15mins for driver to pick up the car, pls wait patiently.

Hotel pick up

Driver will wait at lobby with a cardboard with name of the guest.

Vehicle Types

• Standard sedan (Toyota Vios) : Maxiumm 2 people with 2 standard luggage
• Sedan (Toyota Camry) : Maximum 2 people with 3 standard luggage
• Business car : (Toyota Innova/ Forturner) Maximum 4 people with 4standard luggage
• Van (Toyota Communter) : Maximum 9 people with 8 standard luggage,or 10 people without luggage.
• VIP Van (Toyota Communter) : Maxiumu 9 people with 8 standard luggage,or 10 people without luggage.

The arrangement of car brands is random, but will be the same car type or upgrade.

Large Luggage size 25”~28″ / Standard Luggage size 20″~ 24”, carry on suitcase belong to standard luggage.

Backpacks and personal carry bags are not included. Luggage size more than 24″ will count 2 piece.

• Destination Place: Bangkok downtown hotel
• Trip Duration: 1~1.5 hours
• For airport pick up – waiting 2hr maximum base on flight arrival.
• For Hotel pick up– waiting 20mins maximum in Hotel lobby base on indicated meeting time.

Reminders

• No additional cost request for the midnight service, we will be very appreciated if passengers supply the tips to our drivers.
• Tips for driver is depend on personal preference, regular range is 50THB~100THB per car.
• The fees might be re-adjusted during New Year and Chinese New year, price adjustment will be announced before order confirmation.
• If the hotel location exceeds the Chao Phraya River & Khao San area, will additional up charge 200THB.
• Additional up charge 600THB to transfer between BKK airport & DMK airport.
• Please meet the driver within 2 hour of your flight’s arrival. If there are delays, please call or email customer service & providing your order number. Passengers exceeding the wait time will be charged 300 baht per hour for overtime. (The waiting time for domestic flights is one hour/the waiting time for international flights is 2 hours)
• Passengers who exceed the waiting time and need the driver to wait, if the driver agrees to wait, customer need to pay an overtime fee of 300 baht per hour.

Reminders for Drop off airport

• There are frequent traffic jams in downtown Bangkok. Please be sure to leave 3.5~4 hours early for the airport drop-off.
• Please do not change the time on the day of departure. If you need to change the time, please notify 1 day in advance.

Cancellation Policy

• For cancellation up to 24 hours before the pick-up time,  10% handling fee will be charged.
• After the time cancelled, 100% handling fee will be charged.
